Pricing and Payment

Prices are available on our website along with every product. The displayed prices include the applicable VAT. The acceptable payment methods are available on our website. Customers can choose any option and have to pay in advance. The payment should be done before, and the order will be dispatched afterwards.

Our team is always checking to keep the pricing list of products up-to-date. However, human or machine errors are possible, and there may be a mistake in the price listed and collected from the customer. In such a situation, if the customer has paid more than the fixed amount, we will return the extra amount and if the customer has paid less than the fixed amount, we will contact the customer, and it will be dealt with accordingly. The customer can pay the remaining dues, or the order can be terminated upon refusal from his side. Amount being paid will be returned to him, and the respective order, if delivered, should be returned.

Placing and Accepting Orders

Once customers place their orders and their age verification and payment are completed, they will receive the order confirmation email from our team. This means their order has been accepted from our side. The customers will also be notified of their order number and tracking ID.

Vape Auraa can cancel or refuse any order based on these reasons: if age verification or payment is not done or verified, if the product being ordered is out of stock, if the time limit as per the customer’s demand can’t be met, if there is any kind of fraudulent activity is suspected from the customer’s side, if the product ordered cannot be delivered because of legal restrictions, or if any other unexpected problem arises. In any such case, the customer will receive an email for cancellation of the order along with the reason behind.

Customer’s Right to make changes

Customers have full rights to make changes in their order. If they want any kind of change, like including/ removing any item or cancelling the order by any chance, they have to inform us as soon as possible. Contact us, and we will make the change if possible. If the change to the order can be done, then the amount will be settled accordingly. If the customer cannot accept the consequences of the change, like payment related or the delivery time being changed, then the order can be terminated. If the customer informs us about the change in the order after it is dispatched from our side, it can’t be made then.

Delivery of Products

Vape Auraa is open to deliveries across the whole UK. The standard delivery cost or shipping charges for orders will be displayed at the checkout page. Customers have to pay them with the order amount. The normal delivery time for orders can be 3-5 working days. Customers can inform us if their orders are delayed beyond the expected time. Any unexpected delay in the delivery of a parcel that we can’t control or manage is not our responsibility. In any such case, we will try to resolve the issue accordingly, and customers will be notified.

If the delivery address you have provided is incorrect or the order cannot be delivered because nobody is available at the address, then the customer will be held responsible. For such failed delivery, the customer will be asked to collect the parcel from the shipping company’s office, or the parcel may be delivered again, and if it’s not delivered successfully again for any such reason, then it would be sent back to us. The relevant delivery charges or any other amount would have to be paid by the customer and, the remaining amount would be transferred back. Once the order is delivered to the address provided by the customer, it is customer’s responsibility, not us.
